Reading Kevin Kelly (Excellent Advice for Living), Michael Singer (Living Untethered), Wim Hof (Wim Hof Method), Chade-Meng Tan (Joy on Demand), Paul Kalanithi (When Breath Becomes Air), Ryan Holiday (Daily Dad), Plato (Republic), Will Durant (Story of Philosophy), David Goggins (Never Finished) and Scott Page (Barefoot Investor).

Morning Routine

Meditating 15-30 min with Wim Hof breathing, then Yoga stretches followed by a cold shower every morning. Fasting 18-hours 5 days a week. Running 5km daily at lunchtime (before my first meal). Journaling once a week.

Sleeping 7 hours daily, early riser (before 6am), no alarm clock.

Saturday Runs

Enjoying Parkrun every Saturday, 7am. Sometimes with kids, sometimes with the dog, sometimes with friends, and sometimes alone. Improving my PB every so often. Targeting sub 24 min, have another minute to shave off. Will get there.
